Treating More Than the Wound
Dr. Ryszkowski believes the best healing happens when the whole person is treated—not just the wound.
His approach includes identifying and managing underlying health problems that can slow healing.
By addressing these factors, patients may heal more effectively and experience better long-term health outcomes.
Physician-Guided Support for Long-Term Health
Dr. Ryszkowski also offers medical weight management as part of his comprehensive approach to patient care.
Excess body weight can slow wound healing by reducing circulation and increasing pressure on the skin. Chronic wounds can also make physical activity difficult, creating additional challenges for patients trying to lose weight.
